Rebates based on partner agreements with top installers relied on non‑transparent, manually submitted sales reports via email, fax or even paper documents. Insights into actual product flows beyond the wholesale level were missing entirely. Rebates were paid out with delays and were difficult to control.
Solution
Invoice Insaights integrates with leading industry software and automatically matches millions of invoice line items from e‑invoices with the manufacturer’s product catalog. A self‑learning system using matching tables and AI‑supported product recognition continuously improves accuracy and enables rule‑based, automated rebate calculations.
Result
From day one, more than 85% of individual products were correctly identified and over 95% of invoice line items were assigned to the correct product groups. Installers can track their progress and rebates in real time throughout the year. The manufacturer can now define and actively manage individual, data‑driven targets for each installer.
